Letter of Invitation Request
How to Request a Letter of Invitation for the MLIS 2009

We thank you for your interest in the MLIS 2009. As an international attendee, it may be necessary for you to receive an official invitation to obtain your travel Visa. Please read the following procedures needed in order to expedite your request.

International Attendees requesting a Letter of Invitation must be registered MLIS badge holders with a valid confirmation number prior requesting an invitation letter.

Invitation requests must be received no later than 3 weeks prior to the MLIS’ opening.

Please contact Erica Ramirez at erica.ramirez@penton.com with your request and your registration confirmation number. 

Invitation processing takes approximately 5 - 7 business days after your request to process. If you are unable to email such requests or do not have email capabilities, you may fax your request to 913-514-7466.
